STADLER Ballistic Separators
STADLER ballistic separators are designed to separate the material flow into three different fractions: rolling fraction (hard, heavy, and typically 3D materials), screened fraction (materials smaller than the diameter of the paddle perforations), and flat fraction (soft, light, and typically flat materials).
STADLER ballistic separators are distinguished by a range of unique performance features, including:
· Pivoting Frame with Tilt Adjustment: This design eliminates the need to tilt the entire machine and adjust conveyors, resulting in significant time and cost savings.
· Replaceable Bolt-On Screens: Individual screens can be replaced as they wear out, enhancing maintenance efficiency.
· Robust Construction: Ensures durability and long-lasting performance.
· High Energy Efficiency: Optimizes operational cost and sustainability.
· User-Friendly Maintenance Features: Large maintenance openings, accessible both above and below the working area, facilitate easy upkeep.
· Shafts with protective covers
In total, four distinct models are available, each engineered with unique features to address specific types of infeed material, ranging from lightweight plastics and paper and to bulky and construction waste.
STT2000 Model is designed for Films, lightweight packaging, plastic and paper/cardboard.
PPK2000 Model: is designed for separating paper, OCC and cardboard
STT5000 Model is designed for pre-screened MSW, mixed industrial and bulky waste and mixed construction waste
STT6000 Model: This model is distinguished by its capability to efficiently sort construction, industrial, and bulky waste, even when it is unsorted or unshredded.
STT2000 and STT5000 Models: A notable feature is their stacking function, which enables multi-level sorting of various particle sizes.
